Huge international trend among LAS — entertaining way to get new “knowledge” and see new opportunities
Thirst for experience, communication, and appearance of free time generated a huge hype around informative-entertaining lectures.
This lectures are conducted everywhere on any possible theme starting from the brain structure to the meaning of life
(1) whether previous transactions or recurring transactions that were of the same nature were treated as notifiable transactions;
(2) the historical accounting treatment of its previous transactions that were of the same nature;
(3) whether the accounting treatment is in accordance with generally acceptable accounting standards; and
(4) whether the transaction is a revenue or capital transaction for tax purposes.
These factors are included for guidance only and are not intended to be exhaustive. HKEx may take into account other factors relevant to a particular transaction in assessing whether or not it is of a revenue nature. This is more of an accounting question for your auditors.
